Warranty Policy
Effective date: March 4, 2026
hiyoro warrants that the product is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 60 days from the date of delivery.
What the warranty covers
Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the normal functioning of the product when used as intended.
What the warranty does NOT cover
- Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, drops, liquid exposure, or use inconsistent with the product instructions.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or gradual deterioration over time.
- Damage from unauthorized repair, modification, or use of non-approved parts or accessories.
- Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers or batch codes (where applicable).
- Consumable parts and items with a naturally limited lifespan.
How to make a warranty claim
- Email hiyorojapan@gmail.com within the warranty period with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide clear photographs and/or video demonstrating the defect.
- If the claim is accepted, we will issue an RMA and instructions. The product must be returned for inspection.
- After confirming a covered defect, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion. Replacement parts or products may be new or equivalent-to-new.
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, and our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product. This warranty does not affect statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
